About me
I'm a Senior Learning Experience Designer with eight years of K–12 instructional design experience, including four to five years adapting U.S.-built CK-12 curriculum content for CBSE alignment — revising learning objectives and lesson sequencing within established U.S. instructional and assessment frameworks.
My work spans end-to-end content review — standards alignment, reading-level appropriateness, and objective-to-assessment alignment — alongside storyboarding, script writing, and on-camera video production.
I work fluently with AI-assisted content workflows, generating content and assessment items validated through a dual-LLM and SME review process, then personally reviewing as subject-matter expert for accuracy and instructional quality.
I bring a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a KPMG-certified Instructional Design Practitioner credential, working day to day in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Vyond, Power BI, SQL, and generative AI tools.

- Adapted U.S.-built K–12 instructional content for CBSE alignment (Grades 6–12, Chemistry) over 4–5 years — revising learning objectives and lesson sequencing within established U.S. frameworks; reviewed by a U.S.-based team for the first two years before full ownership transitioned.
- Used AI tools to generate Grade 11–12 Chemistry content and assessment questions, validated through a secondary LLM check then personally reviewed as SME for accuracy and instructional quality.
- Designed learning objectives, content blueprints, and assessments for Teacher Professional Development modules — applying Bloom's Taxonomy, adult learning principles, and Kirkpatrick evaluation.
- Conducted learning analytics via Kibana and Power BI plus on-site teacher interviews to identify content gaps and unmet learner needs — informing product decisions and the roadmap.
